Jim Brown

Jim L. Brown is currently an active employing broker, consultant and senior supervising instructor. Jim has been active in real estate for over 30 years in the area. He is currently Director of the Northern Colorado College of Real Estate and has served as President of the Estes Park Board of Realtors as well as past Director for the Colorado Association of Realtors. Jim has taught numerous real estate programs with Front Range Community College, other state real estate boards and offices and in the past for Colorado State University. He is also the President of a local real estate company, Western Land Brokers in Loveland.
